Raleigh, Cary and Durhamn ranked among the 25 fastest growing largde cities in the nation for the 12 monthd that endedJuly 1, the said in its annual population estimate released Wednesday. Cary, which saw its population increaseby 6.9 to 129,545, as of July 1, 2008, was the nation’ third fastest growing city.
