As a master Stratus Building Solutions of Los Angelees County will offer Stratus Building Solutions sub-franchises for sale to locak entrepreneurs. The Los Angeles County master franchise is planninvg to hire six employeess immediately and plans to open60 sub-franchises in the countg in 2008. St. Louis-basedd Stratus has franchises in13 states. Founded in 2004 by Dennisz Jarrett andPete Frese, the compan y had 2007 revenue of more than $10 million, up from 2006 revenuew of $4.5 million.
Stratuw has more than 600 sub-unit franchises currently in operationm with plans to double its size across the countru by the endof 2008. Since September Stratus has added Master Franchiseesin Colorado, Florida, Georgia, New Jersey and New York. Jarreyt told the Business Journal that the his expectationss for 2008 are to add 70 to120 sub-unity franchises per month systemwide and expand into more including California. Stratus Building Solutions operates its own master franchisin St. Louis and has awardeds 260 sub-franchise units in the metropolitabn area.
