Reports from England say that creditors forced Issa into according to a court order issued inManchestee (England) County Court. No debts or liabilitieas were listed incourt documents, Issa’s bankruptcy, forcedf by creditors, stems from problemx connected with three development projects he undertook in Three Issa-controlled development companies that oversaw the projectss — BS Construction, BS Developments and Issa Developments were forced into administration, a Britishb form of bankruptcy protection, last year by creditors.

The involuntary Chapter 11 protection was part of a complex series of legalp actions being brought against Issa and his BSC Development Buffalo by one ofthe Statler’ds anchor tenants, Park Lane Catering, which alleges that Issa failed to complet e his proposed $100 million renovationm of the historic downtown Buffaloi landmark and as a result, Park Lane Catering has lost more than $1 millionb in bookings and the Statler’s tenanft roster continues to dwindle.
