Idea Integration is one of six companiezs inthe U.S. chosen by to offer Microsoft Stimulus360. “They’ve cobbled together a lot of Microsoft technologuy as a solution that can drop into a systek and immediately track stimulus dollard and apply forstimulus dollars,” said Sandy a senior vice president at Idea Integration and the company’sa Microsoft alliance manager. The package is aimed at state and local governmentw trying to get their share of the stimulusw money and to tracikits use. Idea Integration and the other five companiexs offering the package were chosen because of thei familiarity with all of the applications inthe package.
“Youj have to understand the five underlying piecews ofthe technology,” Bategh said. Idea Integration will be competingy with the other five companies forgovernment clients. Bateh said the most promisingf sector islocal governments, since most of the stimulua money ultimately gets spent at that level. Bateh said the alliance with Microsoft gives Idea Integration a chance to landnew clients.
